Scientific Rapporteur
I attend all sessions of the meeting as deemed appropriate by the client. The final meeting product will be determined by the client and includes detailed minutes (with or without attribution), executive summaries, or comprehensive reports that include action items, recommendations, results, and outcomes. For samples of meeting reports I have written, please visit my Portfolio. I have covered scientific meetings on a variety of topics, including nanotechnology, particulate matter, microbiology, various cancer topics, pesticide spray drift, sustainable water infrastructure, remote sensing, tribal science, pharmaceuticals, environmental concerns, and computer sciences.
Scientific meeting rate: I request that travel expenses, including airfare, hotel, ground transportation, and per diem, are paid. Rates depend on the length of the meeting and the detail of the subsequent report; please contact me with your requirements so that we can discuss rates.

Payment
For projects with multiple chapters/sections, payment is due following the receipt of each edited chapter/section. After the first chapter/section is edited, it will be returned to the client for approval and payment will be due. Once the payment for the first chapter/section is received and cleared and the client approves the level and quality of editing, editing will continue on the remaining chapters.
For projects with no obvious section breaks, editing will be performed on the first 30 percent of documents shorter than 100 pages or the first 30 pages of documents longer than 100 pages. This edited portion will be sent to the client for approval, and payment is due upon receipt. Once the payment for the first edit is received and cleared and the client approves the level and quality of editing, editing will continue in 30-page increments.
For reference formatting and verification, payment is due upon receipt of the formatted reference list.
For meeting attendance, please contact me to discuss payment options.
